This position entails driving real estate sales and overseeing the management of channel partners to achieve revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the Dubai market.
- Manage a team of assigned channel partners to meet predetermined sales targets.
- Ensure seamless registration, training, certification, and commission disbursement for all channel partners.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive investor database through partnerships with channel partners.
- Ensure consistent updates on products and prices to channel partners.
- Formulate strategic plans for the sale of all properties.
- Handle direct inquiries from advertising and hoardings.
- Make compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers to effectively showcase the capabilities and services offered by the property.
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with interested clients.
- Develop extensive client relationships, facilitate deals between the organization and various stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, preferably in real estate, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze market trends and make informed data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen are essential for this role.
