This position involves being the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues. You will be responsible for providing fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in technical support via chat is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to Microsoft Windows & O365
  • Provide empathetic and patient support to customers
  • Use technical expertise to deliver fast and effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Type 35 WPM or higher
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a plus
