Model N Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team with strong techno-functional expertise in the Model N Flex application.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs) is required.
  2. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
  3. Bonus points if you have experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects).
  4. A strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors is expected.
  5. Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects is essential.
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills are a must.
  7. A good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc. is necessary.
  8. Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology is highly desirable.
