About This Opportunity:

This is a highly demanding role requiring a results-driven individual to effectively manage store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining brand standards.

You will oversee all daily store operations, including customer service, sales transactions, and inventory management. Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, sales transactions, and inventory management.
  • Manage store staff (if applicable) and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Support staff training and development on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular store walk-throughs to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Sales Excellence:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling advice.
  • Drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
Maintenance of Standards:
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process stock receiving, processing, and returns.
  • Care and handle merchandise properly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Indian bridal or ethnic wear.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Possession of fashion sense and keen eye for detail.
