Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager/Senior Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end testing activities for multiple applications within our systems.

Your primary goal will be to ensure functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to meet the requirements of our Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives exchange systems
  • Manage test teams and allocate resources to ensure efficient testing processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing testing activities in the BFSI domain
  3. Demonstrated expertise in system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies for high-availability, low-latency trading systems
