Job Opportunity

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Test Lead/Manager in Azure Data Engineering. The successful candidate will oversee the entire testing lifecycle, develop test strategies, coordinate with various teams, manage test plans, and ensure the quality of Azure Data solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the entire testing lifecycle to guarantee quality and reliability.
  • Developing comprehensive test strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Managing test plans and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensuring the quality of Azure Data solutions by identifying and mitigating defects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies and principles.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans, as well as writing test cases.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Utility sector is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in manual testing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
