Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated professional with 3-4 years of experience in financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS.">
  • Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.">
  • Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.">
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.">
  • Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.">
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.">
  • Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.">
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.">
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.">
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS is essential.">
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.">
