Financial Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage various financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
This includes overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to create and manage budgets for different projects or operational areas.
As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a group of accountants, providing strategic guidance on their professional growth and development. Your expertise in accounting software and financial management tools will be essential in streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills. - General Accounting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Provide insights on financial performance, cost control, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Delegate tasks effectively, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Auditing and Compliance:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other relevant laws.
