Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The Financial Operations Manager will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial reports and records. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and other documents as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
