Business Development Executive

This is a key leadership position at Zolo, responsible for driving business growth and development in the Karnataka region.
About the Role- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional business development efforts, focusing on onboarding new resorts and villas onto the platform.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong network of contacts in the hospitality industry.
- They will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing bookings and driving revenue growth.
- Market Research and Demand Generation:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential regions and resorts/villas for onboarding.
- Analyze trends and competitor activity to position Zolostay's offerings strategically in key destinations.
- Onboarding New Resorts and Villas:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new resorts, villas, and vacation assets to the Zolostay platform.
- Establish relationships with asset owners and key decision-makers to discuss business opportunities.
- Networking and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a robust network of key contacts in the hospitality and vacation rental industry.
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead sales efforts and negotiations with resort and villa owners to onboard them to the platform.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Growth and Revenue Targets:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual growth and revenue targets for onboarding new properties.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing bookings on onboarded resorts and villas.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in business development and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate agreements.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales are required. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and vacation rental market is highly desirable.
