Senior Manufacturing Audit Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our auditing team. As a Senior Auditor, you will oversee the planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations
  • Providing supervision and support to engagement staff and promoting open communication with engagement managers and partners
  • Collaborating with managers and partners on client issue resolution and making recommendations for any legal, regulatory, and accounting issues arising during audits
  • Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines
  • Creating and tracking engagement budgets to review for inefficiencies that may arise during audits
  • Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is required
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal communication
  • Strong commitment to an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
  • Ability to communicate and operate as a team with Domestic (US) engagement teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and proven innovative problem-solving skills
