Accounts Associate Job

This position involves working as an accounts associate, responsible for processing accounts payable activities. The candidate will be required to work effectively as part of a service delivery team, sharing workload and ensuring active participation in team and one-to-one meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing accounts payable activities, including purchase orders, PO and non-PO invoices by completing 2-way and 3-way matches.
  • Generating accounts payable reports.
  • Working with colleagues to share workload and ensure high levels of accuracy in processing.
  • Completing assigned tasks within SLA and maintaining high levels of accuracy following defined standard operating processes.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and escalating any service failures or near misses to Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in BPO/KPO/ITES/accounting industry.
  • B Com degree.
  • Basic Excel skills, basic formulae, and proficiency in MS Office Apps (Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams).
