Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Quality Assurance Expert with 4+ years of experience in software testing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

This role involves:

  • Developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Performing manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Ensuring compliance with software development and testing standards.
  • Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports with actionable insights.

Key qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus points for experience in mobile application testing and relevant certifications in Quality Assurance.
