About This Job

We're seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with exceptional technical skills and experience in software testing.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for both UI and backend using Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Postman, and Cucumber frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance automation frameworks to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
  • Write and maintain test cases that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation Development:
    • Automate tests for UI and backend using Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Postman, and Cucumber frameworks.
    • Develop and refactor automation frameworks to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • API Testing:
    • Write automated API tests using RestAssured and Postman for validating RESTful APIs.
    • Create data-driven tests and automate API validation against different environments.
  • Agile and Continuous Integration (CI/CD):
    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
    • Ensure tests are executed as part of the build and deployment processes, reporting results promptly.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
    • Analyze complex issues and resolve them independently.
    • Debug, isolate, and fix issues in both test code and application code.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Partner with product management, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and deliverables.
    • Work closely with developers to design and implement test strategies that support development cycles and meet business requirements.
