Job Summary

As a seasoned SAP AMS professional, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services to mid to large-scale clients across South India.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP AMS projects, from client acquisition to service delivery and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and global delivery models.
  • Direct transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, workflow enhancement, and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP consulting experience with proven delivery in SAP AMS for mid to large-sized clients.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end AMS operations, including client acquisition and service delivery management.
  • Experience in directing transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and innovation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and developing high-performing teams.
  • Specialized knowledge of the South India and Bangalore markets, with deep regional insight and delivery expertise.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-driven and autonomous, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
