As a seasoned product professional, we are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead the design of our integrated spend management tool.

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team comprising UI designers, UX researchers, and UX writers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft an end-to-end product experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of human-centred design and user experience principles, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  1. Our perfect candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work that demonstrates problem-solving prowess.
  2. They should have an in-depth grasp of design methodologies, including facilitation of workshops and design sprints, as well as user research expertise.
  3. A collaborative mindset, enabling seamless interaction with partners across various teams, is crucial for this position.
  4. Clear articulation of design decisions, backed by data-driven insights, is essential.
  5. Strong visual communication skills, encompassing sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, and wireframing, are necessary.
  6. A passion for high-quality design execution and attention to detail is vital.
  7. Responsibility for product outcomes, beyond just design output, is expected.
  8. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin is a must.

  • Experience within the fintech sector
