Instructional Designer Position

eLearning programs focus on creating engaging online and blended learning experiences to enhance team performance.

We collaborate with organizations to develop training solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis and develop comprehensive instructional designs
  • Create curriculum and manage learning initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic training and development programs

Daily tasks include designing interactive course content, working closely with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
  • Proven experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development and adult learning theories
  • Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and other animation tools

Essential skills: instructional design, eLearning development, training and development, learning management, adult learning theories, game design, instructional storyboards, scripts, Adobe After Effects, animation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and eLearning development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality training programs.
