Leadership Opportunity in Instructional Design

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead a team of professionals responsible for creating high-quality training materials and courses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a course development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Instructional Designers and Visual Designers.
  • Develop and implement a course development strategy that ensures high-quality courses are delivered on time.
  • Assess and refine course creation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Project management certification (PMP, ITSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and ability to articulate technical concepts.
