About the Role

As a Lead Healthcare Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing healthcare strategies that drive innovation and transformation in the digital health space.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to enhance patient outcomes, improve healthcare delivery, and optimize operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital health strategies aligned with public health goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital health interventions.
  • Evaluate digital health technologies and recommend enhancements for better performance and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Integrate digital health solutions with existing healthcare systems and technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on digital tools and platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital health trends and advise on their applicability.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in healthcare, digital health, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient care processes, and EHR systems.
  • Experience working with government health departments, hospitals, or donor-funded health programs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in healthcare data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and digital health technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
