About the Role

The Agri Commodity Trader will be responsible for monitoring domestic and international markets for Agri-commodity price trends and supply-demand dynamics.

  • Execute buy/sell trades in physical or derivatives markets (spot, futures, options) in the Domestic markets
  • Create, analyse spread/arbitrage opportunities in domestic markets.
  • Develop relationships with farmers, brokers, processors, exporters, importers, and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring domestic and international markets for Agri-commodity price trends and supply-demand dynamics
  • Executing buy/sell trades in physical or derivatives markets (spot, futures, options) in the Domestic markets

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural markets and commodities (domestic and international)
  • Understanding of trading platforms and exchanges (NCDEX, MCX, etc.)
