The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration, as well as advanced degrees and/or certifications such as MBA, CA, or CFA. Minimum 2+ years of experience in fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments in a public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial statement analysis (e.g., common size analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, and industry comparative analysis)
  • Analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies to explain business trends and identify risks
  • Develop and implement financial models that support business decisions
  • Assist in the development of discount rates (WACC, IRR, WARA, etc.)
  • Conduct market/industry research and develop industry growth estimates
  • Construct and review valuation and other financial models
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree and/or certifications including MBA, CA, or CFA would be preferable.

Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience performing work related to fair value of debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments in a public accounting, consulting, or investment banking environment.
