As a Business Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and valuing businesses to determine their financial worth. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and use your expertise to provide them with accurate and reliable valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents to identify trends and anomalies
  • Develop and implement valuation models to determine the value of businesses
  • Analyze industry trends and guideline public companies to inform valuation decisions
  • Communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Oversee all stages of the valuation project life cycle, applying appropriate valuation methodologies and reconciling value indications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Minimum four years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA, or other advanced degree or certification
