VCM RECRUITMENTS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can build relationships with clients and drive sales growth through consultative selling techniques.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

What You'll Do:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and drive sales growth.
  3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consultative selling techniques.
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients and stay ahead of the competition.
