User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Acquisition Specialist to join our growth team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue for our mobile games.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the mobile gaming industry and adjust your strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across major ad platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and MMPs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms and MMPs.
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of UA KPIs and ability to run re-engagement campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Creative.
