Game Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through precision targeting and smart bidding. You will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels, ensuring that every dollar spent translates into measurable revenue.
You will work closely with our product teams to develop and implement monetization strategies, funnel optimizations, and LTV-boosting features. Your strong analytical mindset and fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models will enable you to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics such as ARPU, ARPDAU, and retention.
