Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Video Lead to develop and execute video advertisements and performance-driven content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement.
  • Lead a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals to ensure high-quality output.
  • Supervise video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
