Job Opportunity: Paid Social Manager

GrowthBuddy, a UK-based company, is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join their client's team, a digital marketing agency based in the UK.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+, proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising), and understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, effectively communicating with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
