Venture Capital Investment Associate Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join the core team of a cutting-edge venture capital fund as an investment associate. You will be responsible for sourcing investors, structuring deals, closing investments, evaluating startups, managing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential investors and partners through networks, events, and inbound leads.
  • Analyze business models, financials, traction, and scalability of potential investments.
  • Support legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Work with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and prepare market maps to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Assist with investment memos, reporting, and internal fund documentation.
  • Represent the fund at startup events, demo days, and founder meetings.

Requirements include:

  • A completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in VC, PE, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong networking skills and prior built-up network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
