This role involves leading and managing a team of meeting setters, focusing on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects. The right candidate will develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of meeting setters.
  • Develop effective strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure key targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Train, coach, and mentor appointment setters.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain accurate data records.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting.
  • 2+ years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing sales outreach.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and lead tracking tools.
