Job Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and executing technical and commercial bid documents as per specifications, ensuring all necessary details are included.
  • Effective management of digital signature registration and catalog uploads on the GeM portal is also a requirement, streamlining the process for faster submissions.
  • This role involves coordinating tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews to guarantee seamless bid processes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and government bodies through effective communication and liaison efforts is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and following up on pending payments and outstanding dues, ensuring timely recovery of amounts owed.
  • A key aspect of this role is reducing tender turnaround time by implementing workflow improvements and submission trackers, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Consistently achieving 100% compliance in all bid submissions, meeting or exceeding expectations is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tender management, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Detailed knowledge of GeM portal procedures and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and guidance when needed.
