Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM tools and .NET technologies, as well as strong knowledge of REST API and WCF.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge IAM projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure IAM solutions and integrations using IAM tools and .NET technologies.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows to ensure seamless user authentication and authorization.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes to streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues to minimize downtime and ensure maximum system availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-12 years of development experience in IAM tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and Scrum methodology.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
