A Day in the Life
As a Medical Device Sales Professional, you will engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver strategic value. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional support
  • Conducting customer in-services and training sessions
  • Selling specified therapies to physicians, institutions, and payers
  • Developing relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff
  • Working with key implant centers to develop and implement strategies for technical self-sufficiency
  • Providing adequate training and troubleshooting support during live cases
  • Gathering and communicating market trends, customer satisfaction, competition, and product issues to management
  • Developing ethical, positive long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting consignment counts and providing sales forecast data to management
  • Maintaining data relating to customer information and sales activity in prescribed systems

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • B.E or B.Tech (Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ B. Pharma /Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from an accredited university
  • M.Tech (Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ M.Pharma/ Masters Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from an accredited university / MBA Bio Technology
  • 4 to 6 Years experience in a sales or marketing role in medical device industry
