Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for targeted advertising.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously run A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
