HR Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support
    • Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
    • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication.
  • Onboarding & Orientation
    • Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure timely completion of documentation.
    • Conduct or support new employee orientation sessions.
    • Facilitate the onboarding experience and act as a point of contact for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations, and employee activities.
    • Support employee engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives.
  • HR Systems & Records
    • Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and systems.
    • Assist in generating regular HR reports and maintaining personnel files.
  • Benefits & Employee Relations
    • Support benefits enrollment, claims resolution, and inquiries.
    • Assist with employee relations issues by documenting cases and supporting investigations.
    • Help administer HR policies and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Additional Support
    • Complete various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
    • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (internships included).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
    • Discretion in handling confidential information.
