Policy Servicing Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Policy Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing post-issue service requests, maintaining policy records, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process post-issue service requests, including address changes, beneficiary updates, and banking information updates
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators, internal teams, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality
  • Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing
  • Evaluate and improve service levels and turnaround times to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses
  • Develop a strong understanding of policy administration systems, transaction codes, and process workflows
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide feedback for automation opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; commerce graduate preferred
  • Experience: 1+ year of working experience in the life insurance domain requiring attention to details, accuracy, and accountability for work product
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency using a computer with Windows PC applications, including keyboard use, screen navigation, and software tool learning
  • Communication Skills: Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with clients
