- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns with a proven track record of ROI-driven marketing.
- Prepare media plans and execute efficiently to achieve high return on ad spend (ROAS) in the EdTech sector.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize quality of lead generation.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
- Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
