We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Branch Operations Manager.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your branch, ensuring seamless delivery of our services and continuous improvement in efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on staff management, customer satisfaction, business strategy implementation, regulatory compliance, and branch growth and profitability.

This role involves close collaboration with our headquarters to drive key initiatives and provide regular updates on branch performance.

You will be accountable for:

  • Effective management of branch resources
  • Resource allocation for drivers, gunman & custodians
  • Route planning, duty assignment and audit planning
  • Executing operational tasks assigned by managers according to client requirements
  • Timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended
  • Operational planning and monitoring in line with agreed SLA
  • Conducting surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid down processes by the team
  • Supporting ATM Executive in collecting, collating, recording and reporting daily operations in prescribed layouts to managers, corporate and clients
  • Maintaining hassle-free operations by administering requirements to be available at time of operations
  • Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time
  • Maintaining hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs
  • Adhering all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations
  • Timely dispatching of route from Branch/Vault Office
  • FOLLOWING up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment
  • Briefing the team on assigned tasks to perform, SOPs of operations
