  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards, utilizing CRM tools and call management software for effective tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate critical investor queries and escalate them to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team, ensuring prompt resolution and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Freshers or 1-year experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and articulation skills, enabling effective communication with investors and stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), utilizing these tools for data analysis, presentation creation, and document preparation.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication, demonstrating expertise and a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in investor communication and relationship management.
