Job Description:

This pivotal role is responsible for strengthening the finance backbone of high-growth companies.

The team lead will oversee financial reporting, management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Oversight of monthly and annual book closure ensures accuracy of accounts.
  • MIS reports and dashboards are developed and maintained to track P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget vs Actual.
  • Financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews are driven by this role.
  • Systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance are established.
  • Compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements is ensured.
  • Cap Table and investor obligations are managed and tracked.
  • Fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting support is provided.
  • Audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions is led.
