Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth running of the People & Culture Department
  • Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborates with colleagues to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive work style
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned
  • Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence
  • Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
