We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be goal-driven and self-motivated, and have a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain our products and services to prospective customers.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Education: Hold an MBA in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Soft Skills: Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Personal Qualities: Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
