  • Manage and run CLM campaigns across cohorts and properties
  • Improve the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven insights
  • Report on campaign efficiency and effectiveness, including impacted funnels from multiple tools
  • Drive automated campaigns from CT with automated journeys based on user behavior
  • Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analysis of campaigns
  • Set up and run experiments on campaigns
  • Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency
  • Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected campaign behavior

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Ops, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, and track progress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in the stock market industry is a plus
