Job Title: Senior Operational Manager

The Senior Operational Manager will lead large teams in quality control, overseeing the analytical validation team. Key responsibilities include leading LC-MS, nasal analytical, and FT-NIR analytical teams for regular testing and method validation activities.

  • Lead the analytical validation team of 30+ members for regular testing/method validation activities using sound analytical knowledge and leadership skills to achieve company goals.">
  • Collaborate with the head of department to provide daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and monthly review meetings.">
  • Execute and approve different types of QMS (out-of-specification, out-of-trend, investigation) and identify scientific root causes with effective corrective actions.">
  • Develop and execute plans for analysis, data interpretation, and presentation to stakeholders.">
  • Guide team members to improve work quality and monitor/report on key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Lead all types of quality control work in the absence of the head of department and participate in departmental improvement programs to enhance output and quality.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks.">
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to remain competitive in LC-MS and FT-NIR techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, nasal performance testing). A master's degree in science or a bachelor's/master's in pharma is required. Additionally, we seek candidates with a mix of work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
