Job Title: Analog Test Manager

We are seeking a skilled Analog Test Manager to lead our validation efforts and drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation of our innovative wireless communication technology.

About the Role:
  • Lead Validation Team: Build and mentor a high-performing validation team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Validation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive validation strategy for our Wi-R SoCs and subsystems.
  • Lab Establishment: Establish world-class labs and automation frameworks to support testing and validation activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IC design, firmware, and system teams globally to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years Experience: Post-silicon validation experience in SoCs or communication chips required.
  • Laboratory Expertise: Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes essential.
