AI Engineering Visionary

    We are seeking a visionary AI engineer to lead our team in revolutionizing the SaaS tech stack. As an engineering leader, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions that drive innovation and growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied machine learning, with expertise in LLMs and NLP. They will also possess hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks, as well as a solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.

    In this role, you will work closely with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production. You will also collaborate with your peers to continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize LLM pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.
  • Implement scalable RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.
  • Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or NLP.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
