Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
    • Owning the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
    • Acting as the primary thought leader for all things technology—translating strategic direction into actionable frameworks and solutions.
  • Product & Platform Leadership:
    • Overseeing full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
    • Making sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.
    • Prioritizing engineering deliverables that balance speed and performance with an unwavering commitment to consistency and reliability of the product at scale.
  • Engineering Team Leadership:
    • Building, leading, and mentoring globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
    • Fostering a performance culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.
    • Evaluating and implementing best-in-class design patterns and development methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Working closely with leaders in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure all technology efforts are aligned with customer and market needs.
    • Supporting go-to-market strategies with seamless platform integration, strong technical enablement, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Skillset: Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments. Technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
  • Languages: Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Travel: Ability to travel globally to meet with development teams, collaborate with executives, and meet with large clients.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML, data engineering, or DevOps automation tools and practices.
  • Background: Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments where adaptability is key.
