Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic plans to support the growth and development of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing coaching and guidance to employees, as well as building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our people through their life, career, and project experiences, and providing individual employee coaching and guidance on career development based on a strong understanding of their interests and aspirations.

You will also be responsible for working closely with Practice/Business Lead to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance, and using that knowledge to coach our people. Additionally, you will work closely with Talent Futurists and Talent Scouts to understand how the demand for talent is evolving, and collaborate with Talent Planning & Operations to support profitable growth.

We are looking for candidates with experience in post-onboarding activities up until termination activities. Preferred qualifications include US/EMEA EDM experience.
