Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Concord. As an Individual Contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Infrastructure Solutions: Develop scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of our products.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Complex Issues: Utilize your excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex infrastructure and application-level issues.
  • Improve Process and Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate Effectively: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong SRE Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE or related field.
  • DevOps Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and infrastructure as code.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex infrastructure and application-level issues.
  • Strong Internal/External Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perseverance: Willingness to push through complex/challenging issues without giving up.
