As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of curriculum across various programs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout of educational materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for curriculum deployment and maintenance.
  2. Design efficient workflows for curriculum deployment across different learning platforms and formats.
  • Establish quality benchmarks and conduct regular audits of curriculum materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
  1. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline curriculum delivery.
  2. Design scalable processes that can accommodate growth in course offerings and student numbers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of curriculum materials.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support curriculum operations and meet delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
