With capabilities such as remote monitoring and control of air-con and lighting infrastructure, schedule-based operations, and advanced temperature control via AI/ML, AgileWorks-IoT is the preferred choice for over 3000 installations and 50K managed endpoints.

Our team of energy optimisation consultants assists customers in their sustainability journey.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the product development team to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that products meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of professional B2B sales experience
  • Experience in selling HVAC, Automation, BMS (building Management Systems) or energy optimisation platforms
  • Adept in creating demand for new generation technology solutions
  • Based in Mumbai

Qualifications:

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the IoT or energy optimization industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
